Your holiday starts here. This comfortable semi-detached beach house, “Strandhaus”, was newly built in December 2016. It enjoys a quiet yet very central location in Zingst. The pedestrian shopping area with its shops and restaurants is just a 2-minute walk away, while the beach, pier, and the Bodden lagoon can all be reached in just 5 minutes on foot.
With approximately 100 m² of living space and three bedrooms, the Strandhaus comfortably accommodates up to six guests, making it an excellent choice for both families and couples.
The house has been tastefully furnished throughout with high-quality furniture in a Mediterranean style, offering both comfort and elegance. The bright, light-filled ground floor features a spacious open-plan living and dining area with a cosy gas fireplace for cooler days, an LED TV, a hi-fi system, and a fully equipped fitted kitchen with an induction hob, oven, and integrated microwave.
The upper floors offer three bedrooms: one with a double bed and two with single beds. All bedrooms feature high-quality laminate flooring and LED televisions. The upstairs bathroom includes a walk-in shower, WC, underfloor heating, and a complimentary sauna. A second bathroom with a walk-in shower and WC is located on the ground floor.
A utility room provides a washing machine with an integrated tumble dryer, available free of charge.
Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the entire house.
For relaxing outdoors, the Strandhaus offers a spacious, sunny south-west facing terrace with modern garden furniture, a parasol, and a large, well-maintained garden. During the summer months, guests can also enjoy a traditional German beach chair (Strandkorb).
This is a non-smoking property. Pets are welcome on request.
The property also includes two private parking spaces and a lockable garden shed for storing bicycles.
